Love the collar

As I was re-watching a Tiger & Bunny episode, I had this nagging feeling that Nathan's outfit reminded me of someone. After racking my brain for a while I suddenly realised that he shares the same ridiculous (awesome?) fashion sense as Dist the Reaper from Tales of the Abyss.
